FCS technique

FCS (Front Cleaning System): unique multiple brush system with steering nozzle in front of the wheels

How does the FCS technique work?

The unique combination of the multi-brush system at the front of the machines, the single motor drive, the co-steering squeegee and its placement in front of the wheels ensures perfect cleaning results, longer autonomy, increased working comfort and increased safety. The use of multiple brushes ensures even and excellent cleaning of a wide variety of surfaces and significantly increases the quality of cleaning compared to a single brush.

Meclean Front Cleaning System Technology

The FCS technique advantages

  • Higher-quality cleaning result compared to a single brush
  • The single engine motor ensures longer autonomy
  • Improved working comfort thanks to front positioning
  • Perfect suction of water even in sharp bends, improving safety
  • The steering nozzle allows cleaning right into corners

Equipped with Midwest Rubber as standard

Thanks to the steering suction nozzle directly behind the brush unit, the water is perfectly aspirated even in sharp bends. This prevents slippage due to maximum grip of the wheels on the surface. To guarantee the best result, the squeegee is fitted with squeegee rubbers from Midwest Rubber as standard.

Suction rubbers from Midwest Rubber can be used to clean different types of floors such as tile floors, concrete floors, epoxy and cast floors as well as rubber floors, PVC floors, vinyl floors and even in some cases wooden and parquet floors.
