ELECTRICAL POWERED HIGH PRESSURE TRAILER
NEW!
More than 90% emission reduction thanks to the electric drive and heat exchanger that is suitable for fossil-free fuels.
DIESEL ENGINE POWERED HIGH PRESSURE TRAILER
Fossil-free / HVO100 ready!
Top quality mechanical technology without superfluous electronics. Available in various models.
High-pressure trailers from meclean® are ideally suited for long-term professional use. All high-pressure trailers are developed in-house from the very first idea at the drawing board to complete assembly in our own production hall. High-pressure trailers from meclean® can be fully adapted to the wishes of the user, including a quality mark from the Industrial Cleaning Foundation. Meclean® has many years of professional knowledge, which results in high-quality expertise of the technical team.
These mobile high-pressure units can optionally be equipped with the patented cleaning techniques of meclean®. For example,
SteamPLUS®, a high-pressure steam technology that combines the effectiveness of steam and the speed of high pressure. The technique for cleaning damage-sensitive surfaces. Or
WeedPLUS®, which fights weeds effectively and 100% environmentally friendly by means of hot water.
AquaPLUS®, a balanced mix of 90 percent water and 10 percent steam that comes out of the spray lance at a stabilized temperature of 110 ºC and a maximum of 250 bar. This technique combines the advantages of SteamPLUS® and traditional (warm) water high-pressure cleaning. 90% water provides impact and flushing and the steam part (10%) causes a limited thermoshock effect, so that chemistry is not necessary in many cases.
Meclean® has made the high-pressure trailers suitable for the use of HVO100 fossil-free fuel to offer an intermediate solution for the electric high-pressure trailer and the traditional diesel fuel-driven variant. An interim solution that is interesting for every company and with which you are fully prepared for the future. Governments are restricting the use of fossil fuels and their emissions.
Purchasing a high-pressure cleaner in a trailer that runs on 100% fossil-free fuel has a minimum of emissions and offers certainty that you will still be allowed to enter the center of a large city in about ten years' time. More and more municipalities and cities are setting guidelines for the emissions of machines, in addition to cars. On January 1, 2023, the vast majority of Dutch municipalities will be fossil-free. The moment you buy a high-pressure trailer, it is not necessarily logical that you opt for a traditional variant that runs on diesel fuel.
HVO
stands for Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil, the number 100 indicates that this mix consists entirely of these components. Well-known variants are Neste MY Renewable Diesel, GTL and Aspen diesel. The reason that these fuels have fossil-free emissions is that these variants are extracted mainly from plant residues and further waste and residual raw materials and other organic material. The plant remains have absorbed CO2 from the atmosphere during their lifetime. This compensates for what is emitted again through combustion in the diesel engine. If you measure the emissions of the entire cycle, you arrive at a CO2 reduction of
89%. Another plus: The residual material used for HVO100 is not specially grown for this purpose. In contrast to, for example, biomass.
Because the meclean® high-pressure trailers are HVO ready, they are
also suitable for traditional fuels.
